The customer ("you", "your") is a legal adult acting as an individual, not on behalf of any business or profession.

These Terms govern all use of the Website, including the purchase and sale of lamps and lighting products, and form the legal basis of the relationship between you and Lumivera.

2. Orders 2.1 How to place an order

To place an order:

  • Select the product, color, and quantity

  • Add to cart

  • Proceed to checkout and fill in required personal and address details

  • Choose a payment method and complete payment

  • You will receive a confirmation email

Note: the first email does not confirm the completion of the order or payment. If your email address is incorrect, you won’t receive updates regarding your order.

2.2 Discount codes

Lumivera may offer discount codes in situations such as:

  • Promotions

  • Returns approved as store credit

Codes are single-use and must be redeemed in full during one purchase.

2.3 Order processing

After placing an order, Lumivera:

  • Verifies the order details and address

  • Checks product availability

  • Confirms receipt of payment

  • Approves or rejects the order

Once approved, you will receive a second email stating the order is being prepared.

2.4 Order rejection

An order may be rejected if:

  • Details are incorrect or suspicious

  • Payment was not completed

  • Previous orders were not collected

  • There is a pricing error or delivery is not possible to the provided address

In case of rejection, you will be informed.

3. Shipping and Delivery 3.1 Shipping time

Orders are usually processed within 1–10 business days and shipped from our international warehouses. We use selected carriers — changes are not possible. Delivery time depends on the region (see our Shipping Policy for details).

3.2 Delivery address

Ensure your address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

3.3 Delivery issues

4. Pricing and Payments 4.1 Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping is free. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The final amount will be shown at checkout and in the confirmation email.

4.2 Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders already placed will not be affected.

4.3 Payment methods

Payment must be made using one of the available methods on the website. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.

5. Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery, at your own expense, provided that:

  • The product was not used and is not damaged

  • It is returned in its original packaging

Promotional or special collection items may not be eligible for return (see Return Policy). Shipping costs will not be refunded if the package has already been dispatched.

We respond within 14 business days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the expected timeframe. We are not responsible for messages not received due to technical issues or incorrect data.

7. Warranty and Liability 7.1 Warranty

Check the product upon receipt. If defective, notify us within 14 days and send photos of the product and packaging. In case of manufacturing defects, we will follow warranty laws and offer a fair solution.

7.2 Limitation of liability

Lumivera is not responsible for indirect damages. Direct liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, etc.).

9. Information Accuracy

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy. We reserve the right to modify information at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to:
