Delivery Time

We offer free shipping to all available countries. Once your order is dispatched from one of our international warehouses, you will receive a tracking code via email to monitor your shipment through our order tracking system.

Taxes and customs fees are already covered by Lumivera, so you won’t incur any additional costs.

Note: During peak periods, order processing may take a few extra days. Below is the estimated delivery time:

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To exchange a product for another available item from our store, contact us at: contact@lumivera.shop.

Important information:

  • During sale periods, only exchanges are allowed — no refunds.

  • Items from our Handcrafted Collection are non-refundable.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped with a tracking number (Track & Trace). The sender is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@lumivera.shop to receive the return address.

  2. Include your order confirmation inside the return package.

  3. Ship the product using a local courier service.

  4. Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.

Order Cancellation / Incorrect Address

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 5 hours of purchase. After that time, orders are automatically processed.
