Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.


Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Devices that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a full refund.


How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@lumivera.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact support@lumivera.com within 7 days of delivery.


Defective Items

If your device arrives defective or stops functioning within the return window, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

- Items returned after 60 days

- Used or opened skincare consumables/accessories

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

- Gift cards
