Shipping policy
At Lumivera, we prepare every order with care to ensure your devices arrive safely and promptly.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders below $75 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, contact us at support@lumivera.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Lumivera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lumivera is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
